The Riviera Hotel just spent $40 million renovating their conference facilities & the hotel tower in the conference area. You will surely enjoy your stay at the Riv!  The Riviera is located on the Fabulous Las Vegas Strip (Las Vegas Blvd) just ten minutes from McCarran Int Airport and has been around for 55 years and is a staple of Las Vegas with a rich history.  It has been featured in 8 major Hollywood films and numerous television shows.

PSUG members will be staying in a completely remodeled tower of the hotel that is in the same wing as the conference facilities.  All of our needs will be taken care of in one area and on one floor of the conference center.  The beautiful pool area is right outside our tower's doors and there are many places to find a good meal without even leaving the property.

We will be devoting several pages on the many things to see and do in Las Vegas.  So please come back often to find out more about things to do while you are in town.  We will work hard every day and then you can take in al the sights during your evening time.

Special PSUG Conference rate of only $65 per night has been negotiated for this Las Vegas Strip Hotel. This also includes your resort fee and one full breakfast buffet per day.  You must book your hotel room through our web site or by the special phone number on our site to qualify for the special discounted conference registration pricing! $75 per night for double occupancy.

Room Reservation Policies and Disclaimers  

• All reservations are confirmed immediately. The credit card number submitted will be charged the first night's room plus 12% tax when the request is submitted.
• You may confirm 1 room per reservation.
• All reservation requests must have the first and last name of the adult occupying the room.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. A valid ID is required upon check-in.
• Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 11am.
• Rates shown are based on single occupancy. There is an additional per night charge of $10 for each additional guest. Max of 4 persons allowed per room.
• Rates do not include tax or additional guest fees, if any. Rates are not confirmed until a deposit has been charged to a credit card. Secure sockets are used to keep your credit card and personal information safe.
• Please note: you may only use the same credit card for up to nine rooms. On the tenth room, you must use a different credit card or contact the Riviera Room Reservations Department at 1-800-634-6753.
• If you are booking 10 or more rooms, please contact the Riviera Room Reservations Department at 1-800-634-6753.
• Bed type, smoking preference, and other special requests are noted but not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis at the time of check-in.
• There is a $18.98 cancellation fee that applies anytime you cancel the reservation. Your entire advance deposit will be forfeited if this reservation is not cancelled prior to 12 noon Pacific Time 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Mirage Reception Person: Uh-huh. Now in order to get to your rooms, you're going to have to go this way through the casino, veer to the left. Take a sharp right at the first giant palm tree. You'll see a group of blackjack tables. Not baccarat, not craps, blackjack. Keep going, then wind around to your left. If you get to the pool, you've gone too far, back up and take another right. You'll see a bank of elevators. Those aren't your elevators, stay away from them. But keep going, you'll see another bank of elevators, the gold elevators, those are yours. Take them up to the tenth floor, take a right at the end of the hall and you'll find your room. Any questions?
